Outside Kind RX
There are fewer hours of sunlight in the winter and some people can feel melancholy and find it harder to cope. It is common to lose motivation. And, while little can be done about the dropping temperatures and lack of sunlight, we can take steps to decrease our moody responses during the winter season.
